5. Limitation of Liability

iFollow Technologies Private Limited acts as an agent for third-party travel providers and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers. We are not liable for any delays, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during travel.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
