Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At iFollow Technologies Private Limited, we strive for customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to provide clear and fair terms for both our customers and our partner travel providers.

2. Process to Cancel

Cancellations can be requested by contacting our customer support team at info@ifollow.in or through our customer service helpline (+917227016745). Please provide your booking reference number for faster processing.

3. Standard Cancellation Charges

- 30 days or more before travel: Minimum service fee or as per provider terms.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost or as per provider terms.
- Less than 15 days before travel: No refund (100% cancellation charge).

*Note: Specific provider terms (airlines, cruises, hotels) might override these standard charges and will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request being approved. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the booking.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as visa processing fees, travel insurance, and non-refundable flights or hotels, are not eligible for any refund once booked.
